Election Final Thoughts

Let me begin this by saying that I absolutely understand the importance of voting, and the hardships our ancestors endured, simply for the right to vote. It is also insensitive to use vile images of our ancestors being tortured to endorse your favourite presidential candidate. Let me also state that it is counterproductive to claim that you’re pro-black whilst antagonizing other black folks into voting for a politician they distrust. Especially if that candidate has cause immense harm to a multitude of black folks nationally, and internationally. To conclude this, I motivate you to do what you see fit. If you wholeheartedly trust and believe in a candidate, go out and cast your vote.
